Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
Return shipping
We pay return shipping. Email the email address on our contact page with your order number and we send a prepaid label.
Condition
Items should come back in the condition they arrived in, with original packaging where practical.
Refund timing
Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of the return reaching us.
